This event occurs randomly but only in halfling inhabited provinces.
Event description[]
A great event has occured in a province a red-haired halfling was born. Such hair color is very rare among the halflings and indicates that the baby has a special purpose in life. A local priest prepares a vat with magic liquid to wash the baby. One special ingredient must be added to the usual compostion of the sacred brew. The priest asks you, on behalf of all the people, to help them make this important decision.

Basically, there are 3 duplicate events with equal chance to happen. Each event happens only once. Each event have right answer, slightly wrong answer and completely wrong answer.
- Event 1: B - Right, C - Slightly wrong, D - Wrong
- Event 2: B - Slightly wrong, C - Wrong, D - Right
- Event 3: B - Wrong, C - Right, D - Slightly wrong
Where: B - toad eggs, C - diamond powder, D - handful of soil
- Right answer: The priest does as you say. The brew turns purple. "Excellent," he claims. The new born will have sharp wits! (+1 Karma, +3 mood)
- Slightly wrong answer: The priest does as you say. The brew turns black. "Disgusting," he exclaims. "The newborn will have poor health!" (+1 Karma, -1 mood)
- Completely wrong answer: The priest does as you told him to, and the brew turns dark brown. "Horrible!" he exclaims. "The newborn will keep company with goblins" (+1 Karma, -2 mood)
- Refusing to choose (-2 Karma, -3 mood)
