This category embraces all the different special abilities that your units can have. All level 0 units start with their own predetermined skills. All units are capable of gaining new skills upon level up; see the respective unit page for details on when that is able to gain a new skill. Existing skills, e.g. a Swordsman's Parry skill, may also be improved upon level up. For a list of Hero skills (referred to generally as "perks)," see the respective Hero class page:

On this page are listed the different skills that your units can have. Units start with different skills and gain new ones on level up, skills may also be improved on level up.

Note that some units can cast spells from the various schools of magic; these are not considered skills and interact with the rest of the combat system slightly differently.
